Booking conditions:<\/p>\n

  • To confirm your reservation, a transfer of 30% or 50% of the total amount is required, along with proof of payment. The remaining 50% or 70% is paid upon check-in.<\/li>\n
  • Regarding our Cancellation Policy, please note that if you wish to cancel your reservation, please send written notification 7 days prior to the check-in date to avoid being charged the reservation fee (30% or 50%). In case of \"no-show,\" the entire stay will be charged.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Check-in and Check-out:<\/p>\n

    • Check-in is between 3 PM and 7 PM at the Casa da Tulha reception. If you need to check in outside of reception hours, an additional fee will be charged: R$ 10 for check-in between 7 PM and 11 PM;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
        \n
      • At check-in, all guests must present and register their identification. A credit card number will also be requested (regardless of the payment method used for the reservation) to guarantee any extra charges or potential damages caused during your stay. If you do not have a credit card, a cash deposit of \u20ac100 will be required.<\/li>\n
      • Check-out must be done by 11:30 AM for logistical reasons related to cleaning and disinfection. If you wish to check out late, you must ask at reception if this is possible; there is an additional cost of \u20ac20. In case of late check-out without prior notice, an additional night will be charged.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Payment Methods:<\/p>\n

        • Accepted payment methods: Cash, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and Maestro) and advance bank transfer.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Reservation changes<\/li>\n
        • Reservation changes that involve the cancellation of apartments\/rooms will be subject to the cancellation policy.<\/li>\n
        • Any change to the number of people may result in a change to the type of room assigned and the payment of an associated supplement.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Pets:<\/p>\n

            \n
          • At Casas da Seara, dogs weighing up to 10kg are accepted, provided they are \"well-behaved\" and trained, meaning they are accustomed to being around people and children. Dogs of potentially dangerous breeds are not permitted.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
          • Pets should not be allowed in common areas (pool area, food court, and reception) so as not to disturb other guests.<\/li>\n
          • Owners must provide the necessary equipment (such as a bed and bowls) so that the animal feels at home with us. The use of the boarding facilities' towels on animals is strictly prohibited, and they are not allowed on the beds or sofas. Price per night\/dog \u2013 20 euros.<\/li>\n
          • Failure to comply with these rules is subject to a fee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Useful information:<\/p>\n

            • Our Leisure Area (outdoor pool and bar) is freely accessible to all guests. Use of the Jacuzzi and Turkish bath has a daily fee of \u20ac10 per apartment and requires reservation, for a maximum of 3 people per use. Children under 16 years of age are not permitted in the Jacuzzi and Turkish bath.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n
